No pressure - but your animation (in the hallowed principles of animation meaning of the word) has to shine! I think this piece could be 'break out' for you, so make it extraordinary.
As Alan suggested, get some walk-cycles/movement cycles posted for your characters; you need to start 'rehearsing' them and putting them through their paces - and remember that animation can always take lots and lots of exaggeration, with emphasis on clear poses, pauses and anticipation; play it LARGE and effortlessly readable.
I know that Mark Davis gave you a load of advice re. 'line of action' etc. Advice from a man who knows, and who's also used, I guess, to trimming the fat from other people's ideas. I hope it was all useful and you can act upon it with confidence.
